By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

edaaat agrees to provide the consulting services as outlined in the proposal or service agreement. The scope, timeline, and fees for each service will be specified in a separate contract or statement of work.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide all necessary information, documents, and access required for edaaat to perform the services in a timely manner. Delays caused by the Client may impact the project timeline and cost.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for services are as quoted in the proposal. Payment terms are net [e.g., 15 or 30] days from the invoice date. Late payments may be subject to interest charges of [e.g., 1.5%] per month.

5. Confidentiality

edaaat retains all intellectual property rights in its methodologies, tools, and pre-existing materials. Upon full payment, the Client receives a license to use the deliverables created specifically for them as outlined in the project scope.

7. Limitation of Liability

edaaat's total liability to the Client for any claim arising from these services shall be limited to the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [e.g., Riyadh].

9. Termination
